This PS5 was dropped in by a customer that said they had opened up the console to replace the hdmi port and then thought better of it.

This info didn’t exactly bring me much optimism, as usually people break stuff when taking things apart. I was hoping they hadn’t tried to remove the port themselves, as I’ve seen some serious destruction when this happens.

Luckily after lots of swearing and countless hurdles to jump we got there in the end !.
