My personal story - I have been using Suvarnaprashan for my son since 1.5 years now! He is 8 years now. I wanted to make this video and share it with you all since I have found immense benefits and there is also enough research through pilot studies that have found it extremely beneficial for kids.

My personal observation for my son :

Strong immunity : We had a covid case in the family, he was in close contact too, but I am surprised he never caught it. I cannot attribute it to one factor since he also stays off junk significantly and ofcourse eats all the good stuff at @earlyfoods :-) But overall I have not had the issue of him falling sick due to seasonal changes etc. A cold/cough once in 4-5 months and nothing else. Touch wood :-)

Superb memory : He has recently taken interest in learning geography. He can identify more than 175 country flags now. I can hardly do 20-25.. but he remembers names, capitals and the flag designs. It could be out of his personal interest too, but this is my observation with his memory.

Good physical strength : He can play a very tough sport like football, basketball for 2 hours at a stretch and not be very tired.

I have also tried Suvarnaprashan from Govardhan Eco-Village Ayurvedic Facility near Mumbai. This is run by ISKCON group @govardhan_ecovillage I had visited their farm where they raise A2 cows and saw the entire village and process too.
