The personal one is the idea of building something that's enduring that has value that employs a bunch of talented people where you get to work with your friends and you know turn colleagues into friends over time And so the motivation of being part of protecting artists' livelihoods and seeing folks from all kinds of backgrounds in all kinds of parts of the world have an industry where the conditions are there for them to be successful and they don't have to take 3 side jobs and not fully commit to their art is really valuable and important And so those 2 things I think are incredibly motivating and live on well beyond the success or failure of a given day
