Ophir Pass: UNDERRATED DIFFICULTY - NOT 4WD EASY

After driving up Imogene Pass (from the Ouray side), we set up camp at a nearby lake, and then took our adventures to Ophir Pass. This trail is so important because it takes us back over the mountain and onto the Million Dollar Highway. At the time we drove this trail, it was July 2022 and was rated 4WD easy level 2 by trailsoffroad.com, but as of September 22, 2022, I noticed that trail difficulty has been upgraded to a 4WD moderate level 3. I agree with this rating! See why I feel this way.
