In this presentation I'll be sharing with you some of my thoughts about concept selling.
The trainings that are usually available in the market talk about digital marketing, online marketing and various such similar topics. However, our trainings and learning sessions are based on customer acquisition and this is what that makes us different from others.
Although online marketing has its own value, but at the same time it is important for us to focus more on the differentiating aspect of our training, which is customer acquisition.
According to my vision of thought, fundamentally online marketing training lessons as they exist in the market are based more on training about the tools. For example if we take the example of carpentry, carpenters usually have various tools in order to complete any job in a seamless manner. Similarly, online marketing trainings usually teach people about the tools that are necessary for the promotion of their products, which could be an axe or a hammer in the sense of this analogy. However, the objective here is not to learn about the tools, but to learn carpentry.
Finally, this is what you would actually want to accomplish. You would want to build a beautiful piece of furniture. Although, in order to create such kind of furniture, you would require the necessary tools, but at the same time it is also important to know which tools has to be used when. Moreover, what is even more important than this is the fact that you start out with a blue print and then you know that sitting where you are right now which is .0 and with just some raw materials, you would be able to utilize the tools in an appropriate manner and give it the shape that you are looking for.
This is the main difference between learning online marketing trainings as they exist in the market versus the customer acquisition training programs that we deliver.
The trainings that we deliver are not just limited to the knowledge of tools, but it is more about bringing the tools together and generally operating within a framework, which give people finally the output that they are actually looking for. This is the main concept of our trainings and that is how it is different from the other training programs that are available.
This is just one aspect of our training, but the other part of the concept selling in my opinion is that we should put out our framework, in which we talk about four different aspects, which are reaching out, staying in touch, converting, lead management and nurturing. We should also try and put this framework slide here and then further explain the framework that we are proposing and also why it is a good framework for people to operate in.
This is all about concept selling.
