Welcome to the Full Moon Guided Meditation for January 10, 2020!
This meditation uses powerful healing energy and Divine light for connecting you into your spirit and raising your vibration for this new year.

"The full moon this month reflects our inner desires to be one with Divine, to be back in our full state of ourselves fully experiencing life to its fullest and in a way that is serving our greatest purpose. This energy is for renewal and anchoring in a higher vibration to be able to move forward and through this year’s energy with more ease."

In this video we will use our new energy centers, called light centers, within the outermost part of the energy field to bring in Divine light and anchor ourselves in a higher vibration. These light centers are different than the chakras as they:
-go from 11 feet below our feet to 12 feet above our head (13 different light centers in total. Today we are only working with the 1st and the 13th.)
-are crystalline in form and hold our spiritual vibration
-allow us to radiate our spiritual light in a physical way
-help us raise our vibration quickly and with ease
