Active student involvement in school not only benefits the students’ academic performance and social skills, but also makes the students form closer bonds with their community. Baldwin High School offers a multitude of opportunities to its students, which in turn has not only encouraged connections, but has had a far reaching effect on multiple communities.

Morgan Schaming is a junior at Baldwin High School. She was been vice president of her class for the past three years, along with being involved in NHS, Student Council, Math League, French Club, and the Purbalite staff. She is the captain for the Girls’ tennis team and plays lacrosse in the spring. In her spare time, she teaches tennis lessons to elementary school children and takes piano lessons. She has been on the highest honor roll for the past three years.
