Good afternoon, I am Emma Beleno-Guerrero, Dr. of Medicine, specializing in skin care and dermatology and the founding president of Bioessence skin care. Bioessence started 23 years ago in our own house when I was practicing as other dermatologies. After five years I went through Metro Manila and spread my wings there. After 10 branches we needed a system to help but none of them met requirement. So one time when I asked some of my staff to visit show - a trade fair, this is what they noticed and then when they presented to us, it was what we were looking for. One big strategic benefit that center Zenoti gives is to Bioessence's access to organize data we had data before, but having it organized in a way that Zenoti presents it to us because all the transactions go through this platform. So all the information regarding our clients from their basic information like their gender, their age, where they come from, to transaction information, what do they buy, what they usually get - all these things in an organized presentation allow us to formulate strategies that are more attractive to our clients based on their behavior in our analytics.
