Aprende a hacer Schwarzwälder Torte - Tarta Selva Negra, esta tarta de origen alemán surgió durante la década del año 1930 y, con el tiempo, llegó a convertirse en una de las tartas más populares en Alemania. Existen unas pautas estatales que deben cumplirse para poder denominar y vender un pastel como Selva Negra en Alemania. En el año 2014 la Agencia Federal de Agricultura y Alimentación solicitó proteger la tarta Selva Negra como una especialidad tradicional garantizada por la UE. Mi versión es muy diferente, consta de 4 capas de bizcocho de chocolate, nata montada y mousse de chocolate con cerezas. Decorada con SMBC de chocolate, cerezas, cacao en polvo y hojas de chocolate.
