Welcome to our channel! My name is Jason Swartz, founder of Jiu Jitsu Five-O. I'm a former police officer of 11 years, and Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. During my career, I learned a lot, both on the street and as a trainer. I was a patrol officer, field training officer, firearms instructor and department training officer. I've also competed as an amateur boxer and was a USA boxing coach. I continue to train and teach Jiu Jitsu to cops and first responders full-time through our online platform and occasional in-person courses and seminars.
