Quick little video creating a series of mini paintings on cardstock to use as thank-you cards with orders. I make my cards in batches and let myself be completely free with different styles and subjects, no plans no pressures!

In fact a complete lack of plans is part of the fun as I challenge myself to think quickly and paint immediately -- as I often prefer working through ideas in situ rather than a sketchbook, setting a goal to bang out a dozen or so mini illustrations with a tight theme in quick succession has become a valuable part of my art process.

I call this style 'neon folk art' 🌈
