Meet-and-Greet with the 80 Soldiers 06/23/2024

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. meets with the 80 Philippine Navy (PN) soldiers who were injured in an interrupted rotation and resupply (RORE) mission aboard the BRP (Barko ng Republika ng Pilipinas) LS 57 Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal as he visits the Western Command (WESCOM) Headquarters in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on June 23, 2024.

In a brief message, the President salutes the soldiers for their bravery, emphasizing that their efforts played a significant role in protecting the country's territorial integrity.

He also acknowledges their continuous endeavors and reaffirms the Administration's full support as the nation’s armed forces fulfills its duty with integrity and respect.

Furthermore, the Commander-in-Chief provides relief goods and financial assistance to the affected soldiers.
