This trick relies on culling the bean for a specific number of frames, so it's imperative that you don't look at it or get too close to it until the time is right.

Glitchless Spirit Hover

Hold right coming out of Requiem,
stop after a couple steps. Where you
stop isn't precise. Turn down toward
the camera, backwalk

Once on the platform, head to the
corner to the right of the entrance
to Spirit. Don't get too close to the
bean

Target the wall, 5 ess right

Roll into the corner, backflip, and
backwalk until the shown frame,
sidehop left onto the bean.
DO NOT RELEASE TARGET, OR
FLICK YOUR SHIELD

Once on the backside of the first
big rock, press A to sideroll. This is
a 19 frame window

Continue to ride the bean around,
pull bomb on the frame that the leaf
of the bean lines up with the seam

Release Z on the first frame of
damage, equip hoverboots the
next frame, hold ess left for 5 frames

Hold Z along with ess to shuffle

On the 2nd frame of the screen being
full red or the next frame, hold down
for 4 frames

Sidehop up and unequip hoverboots,
the window for this is large

Keep holding up and R to jump off
the wall and land on the seam
