Hypertension and type 2 DM. He is a smoker since 10 years & an alcoholic. Patients looks ill and conscious.
(Gcs-15/15).Now Patient is kept bed rest and connected to cardiac monitor.
Trop I –positive, tachycardia, Echo-20-25%, CBS-285mg/dl, CRP, WBC, and FBS-High. ECG abnormalities
