As Corporate Trainers we often get our clients to do fun activities and challenges that take them out of their comfort zones and cause them to work together as a team. In this Egg drop challenge this group was given specific directions and materials to build a contraption that would protect an egg from being dropped 4 stories. In groups of 3 - 4 the teams were asked to use the Achievement Concepts Z Cycle decision making and planning tool to decide together how they were going to build their contraptions. Then they were given 20 minutes to build and finally each team would find out how successful their planning and team building was.
