This is not real location of oppressor in gta v. I used vehicle spawner mod to spawn this bike on gta v story mode. This is one of the best bike in gta v. This bike was the part of gun running dlc so make sure you have updated your game upto gun running dlc in order to spawn it in story mode using vehicle spawner or trainer. In this way you can get oppressor for free in gta v.
