"Sports U" looks back at the themes, flawless dance moves and death-defying stunts of the cheering squads that joined the UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2019. The also show features the stunts, pyramids and overall execution of the Sarimanok-inspired routine of UAAP Cheerdance Competition back-to-back champion National University Pep Squad. The show then takes a look at the NU Pep Squad's journey to their back-to-back win in the UAAP Cheerdance Competition.
