Here's my win as Booker T '01 vs. Rikishi. This One on One match wasn't too difficult.

Strategy: Exit the ring immediately. Get your taunts and Rikishi out. Stay outside the ring, occasionally re-entering/exiting to reset the 10 count. Stay on offense working towards the 90 MFP requirements. Vary your moves and look out for reversal opportunities. Perform Signatures and Finishers when able.

Once you have 90 MFP requirements, stun or down Rikishi around the count of 6. Re-enter the ring and "up-taunt" (Up on D-Pad) to get Rikishi to stand dazed when he's near getting up from being dazed on the ground. This should get you the count out win.

The MFP reward for this match isn't great. You can earn more MFP than the total of this event in less time playing World Tour matches with better cards. I don't think this is worth doing unless you want something to do. It just isn't worth it.
