In today's video, we're talking about the latest Rollectra / SemiRestore 11 update from @Pwn20wnd. The Rollectra is a tool developed by pwn to help you unjailbreak or remove the #Electra Jailbreak and clean out the leftovers so that you can get back to stock #iOS 11.3.1, iOS 11.4 Beta 3 or even iOS 11.3. Aside from the fact that #Rollectra will finally be updated to work with iOS 11.2.x as well, it was updated to give you an option on whether you want to preserve your data or not.

The older version of #SemiRestore 11 / Rollectra would also remove all the user data in the process, pretty much reverting the device to the brand new iOS state it had when you took it out of the box. This is of course not the behavior some people need. In many cases, we need to get rid of Electra Jailbreak but keep our data so Pwn added this experimental feature for exactly that matter.

Even with this feature implemented, I still highly recommend making a backup with iTunes on your computer before using Rollectra / SemiRestore to unJailbreak iOS 11.3.1 or iOS 11.4 Beta 3 just for the sake of having a backup of the backup. You never know when something can go wrong and you lose important data.
