The PT in this clip from a recent live MMT Seminar is a Rock Climber who has trouble doing drop knees with his left hip. This requires a good amount of hip mobility, particularly in internal rotation. Using one of my favorite techniques, the Corkscrew, I was able to improve his pain and mobility. For the Recovery Plan, I gave him a similar mobility drill to do on himself and see if after a few weeks, he can do the drop knee while climbing. Are you a patient in need of my help?
