Step by step recipe
▪️Soak 1/2kg rice in water for 15-20 min.
▪️In a cooker add oil and saute 2 potato (cut in half) take them off in a plate.
▪️In same cooker add more oil if required then add
Bayleaf-2
Cinnamon stick-1 inch
Cloves -2-3
Green cardamom- 2
Black cardamom - 1
Cumin-1tsp
Onion -1 big size
▪️Saute onion until golden then add ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Salt-as required add a little water and Cook until oil separates
▪️Add Tomato -1 small (cook until mushy)
▪️Now add 1cup pea and, 1/2cup carrot cook for 2 min then add soaked rice, potatoes and water cover lid and cook for 2 whistles.
Serve hot

Coriander chilles and ghee are optional

स्टेप बाय स्टेप रेसिपी
▪️ 1/2 किलो चावल को 15-20 मिनट के लिए पानी में भिगो दें।
▪️ कुकर में तेल डाल कर 2 आलू तल कर प्लेट में निकाल लीजिये.
▪️ उसी कुकर में जरूरत हो तो और तेल डालें फिर डालें
तेजपत्ता-2
दालचीनी - 1 इंच
लौंग -2-3
हरी इलायची- 2
काली इलायची - 1
जीरा - 1 छोटा चम्मच
प्याज - 1 बड़े आकार का
प्याज को सुनहरा होने तक भूनें फिर अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट-1 बड़ा चम्मच डालें
लाल मिर्च पाउडर- 1 छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - 2 छोटे चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - 1 छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
नमक- आवश्यकता अनुसार थोड़ा सा पानी डालकर तेल छूटने तक पकाएं
▪️ टमाटर डालें - 1 छोटा (गूदा होने तक पकाएं)
▪️ अब 1 कप मटर डालें और 1/2 कप गाजर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं फिर भीगे हुए चावल, आलू और पानी का ढक्कन लगाकर 2 सीटी आने तक पकाएं।
गर्म - गर्म परोसें
