• I will have Giveaway Clues throughout some of my videos. It's very easy if you watch the complete video. Put the giveaway clue at the end of your comment. If your comment is chosen and you do not have the clues at the end of your comment you will be disqualified and another comment will be randomly chosen. There could be one or more clues throughout the video. If you don't have an emoji just put the word written out.

1. You must be a subscriber to the Kendy Jane Beauty Channel to qualify. Your subscription must be set to public so that it can be verified. If for some reason you cannot have your subscription set to public please email me at [email protected] and we will discuss it.
2. For each entry you must have a comment under a video. If you are under 18 years old please get your parents’ permission first.
3. I Have the right to end the giveaway any time I want to. I also have the right to change the rules or add to the rules any time I want to. I have the right to disqualify anyone at any time. If everything goes smoothly this will continue throughout the year of 2019.
4. For each additional video you watch and comment on from September 1, 2019 thru September 30, 2019
you get an additional chance for the drawing.
5. Any comment that is copied and pasted for each video will be disqualified. You Tube usually puts these comments in my spam folder.
6. The giveaway will end on September 30, 2019 12:00 am CST. The winner will be chosen then. The winner will be announced on a Live Stream October 6, 2019
7. Once the “winner” video is published the winners have 3 days to contact me by email at [email protected]. If I don't get an email from you in 3 days or 72 hours I will randomly pick another winner.
8. Entries not complying with You Tube Community Guidelines (link:https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/poli...) will be disqualified.
9. You Tube is NOT a Sponsor of this Giveaway and all participants are required to release You Tube from any and all liability related to this giveaway.
10. Privacy Notice****Winners of this giveaway are required to give me an address and contact telephone number to ship their prize. After receiving your prize you are required to email me letting me know you received the prize. Then your email with your personal data will be deleted. No record of your personal information (address, telephone number) will be kept in order to ensure your privacy.
