We arrived in Gobabis and had the choice between 2 camps in town. We settled for Die Dam, which ticked all the boxes - bar, pool and wifi, which we knew would be in short supply ahead. half the price of the other camp. The next day we resupplied and headed north towards Grootfontein and the Hoba meteorite. We went via the Waterberg which was very difficult to find a camp other than than NWR or luxury private camps that asked a small fortune for short overnight. We ended up wild camping in the Waterberg area.
