What are life skills that we can learn during these quarantine days?

Mr. Kuldeep Surolia suggests students to focus on Concentration & meditation.
Concentration and Meditation are 2 most important things every student must learn.
He takes example from lives of Gautam Buddha, Vivekananda and Gandhi to explain the importance of meditation in students lives and how meditation can help a student.

He asks everybody to look within to introspect, learn and explore themselves during these lock down days. He explains the benefits and need to introspect and look within, this is the only way to self-improvement.

He tips student how to build a habit? as 21 days is a perfect time to build a habit .
In the talk he speaks about important subject that students must focus on their school days. He brings up the need of value education in schools and why students must study this subject.

Talking about parenting in his session, he sheds light on what are life skills that parents must teach their child. He asks parents not to outsource parenting and take good care of their children.
