Constructing a 5-storey Precast Panels Block with 55 Studio Apartments (August Update)

There's an apartment block coming up in Ruaka that will house 55 studio apartments on 5 floors. We had a discussion with Rafael, the architect of the project, where he explains what the project is all about.
The project will use precast panels for the walling and slab, for a significant cost saving to the client. Enjoy the August update as I try to keep you posted on a monthly basis as the project continues.
