Capsule polisher has triple functions including capsule polishing, lifting and sorting, with its inlet able to be connected with any type of capsule filling machine and with its outlet able to be connected with the metal testing machine, weight testing machine and appearance inspection machine, realizing the online production mode of capsule filling, polishing,
sorting and testing.

The machine uses anumber of new technologies and user-friendly design concepts, with the following prominent features:

Having triple functions including polishing, lifting and sorting, and reserving a height space for connecting subsequent devices.

The inlet and outlet of the machine allowing 360-degree circumference adjustment to facilitate production, saving floor space.

The capsule sorting device able to automatically select the capsules that have light content, empty shells, debris, and separation of body from cap.

The parts in contact with drugs (main shaft, polishing barrel, feeding port, discharging-port and the channel of sorter) using 316L material or a material complying with the requirements of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing.

In addition, the machine is characterized by good polishing effect, high efficiency, beautiful shape and easy movement, thus making the production process more secure, standardized.

Filled capsules enter the polishing barrel via the inlet of capsule polisher, in which the rotating brush polishes and dedust the capsule surface for 360 degree and drive the delivery of capsules along the spiral steel wire of the barrel wall. At the moment, dust from polishing will be eliminated by a dust sucking device. Capsules subject to polishing will enter into a capsule sorter via the outlet of the polishing barrel, under the action of compressed air, the sorter will perform automatic sorting of capsules, and thus capsules that have light content, empty shells, debris, and separation of body from cap will be collected. Finished capsules are transmitted out from the outlet of the sorter.

LFP- 150A capsule polisher is mainly composed of the base component, gear box, electric control box, support, polishing barrel component, powder suction enclosure component, feed port component, spindle and brush component, discharge port component, sorter and strut.

Installation
Open the wooden box packaging,and check the machine nameplate:LFP-150A capsule polisher. In accordance with the Packing List in the Use Instructions,check whether machines,spare parts,tools are complete.
After installation of casters,place the machine on a level ground.After leveling the machine,tighten the nuts on the casters. Remove the protective oil from the machine surface. Check whether the parts,fasteners and
connection screws on the machine are loose. After making sure that the power specification is correct(power supply must have ground fault protection), connect the power cord (Fig.6). Turn on the power switch (Fig.7)to have the machine test run at low speed.At this time,check
whether abnormal circumstances are found in the operation of the machine.
