The early history of Rory Gallagher's Fender strat.

Before Rory got the guitar from Crowley's, the instrument was used in an Irish Showband. It was returned for a Fiesta Red version making it available second-hand.

Here are a few early clips of the guitar from 1963 before Rory purchased it. Also a very brief history of Rory's early career up to 1966.

Hopefully this is informative to Rory Gallagher fans and those interested in the history of his guitar.
