Dr Tom Woodin, MPhil/PhD Programme Leader and a doctoral supervisor at the UCL Institute of Education (IOE), talks through the process of applying to doctoral study.

Our research has two main aims: to address fundamental questions that have a bearing on all members of society, and to raise the standard of educational research.
