Wands Up for Maggie Smith at Hogwarts

With the passing of the incomparable Dame Maggie Smith, many gathered in front of Hogwarts Castle, in the Wizarding World area of Hogsmeade (at the back of Islands of Adventure), to pay our respects to our Professor Minerva McGonagall.

Not only our McGonagall that we loved in the Harry Potter films, but she played so many other beloved characters: Wendy in "Hook", Mother Superior in the Sister Act movies, Violet Crawley in "Downton Abbey", and of course Professor Minerva McGonagall, amongst so many other appearance in an eight-decade span.

This was an emotion al gathering. Come join me, grab your wand, and let's remember the fabulous life Maggie Smith together.
