This drum instrumental is a Progressive Metal (also known as ProgMetal) inspired​ collaboration featuring guitarist Daniel Bautista from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain 🇪🇸 and drummer Donnie Bell from Dallas, TX 🇺🇸.

ℹ︎ With the tempo set to 170bpm, this instrumental consists of lead, two rhythms, and bass guitars. The drum track opens up with a heavily syncopated 5/4 groove between the kick, snare, hi-hat, and ride cymbal. At the B section, the #drums perform a polymeter by implying 3/16 while the hi-hat remains in 4/4 time. The C and D sections are in 4/4 setting the foundation for some epic guitar riffs.
