Okay, so shout outs to @sowisapigtobeexact2 for telling me the other two toll free numbers because those were the ones that I was unable to find as well as remembering which network they were in. But, I'm checking every other network where I think they were but no luck yet. Here are the theories of which category year they might be under:

1994 - 1997
Or
1993 - 1996
But Mainly I'm checking 1994 - 1996

But it has to be maybe before June of 1994.
Those are my theories. The 2 main Channels I'm searching under,

One of them is short version and the other may have the long version as well as the short version. Let's just hope they aren't deleted off the Tube yet!
