This song is all about the unfairness and inequality in the workplace.
Where more roles and responsibilities are being tasked on you but when appraisal comes, injustice and favoritism prevails.
With such culture, great team members feel uneasy, betrayed, denied of what they deserved - a fair and equal treatment.
This sickness will propagate to all the corners of the workplace where favorites although poor performers receive at least in par with those who really succeeded and delivered the goals.
This will result to great team members play dumb and stupid not to burden themselves with too much pressure where they knew at the end, it will always be the same - unfair.
And time will come, great team members will explore outside looking for fairness and equality where they are rewarded for handling more roles, more responsibilities and delivering the goals.
