Avoid patchy makeup around the nose

Girlll I have been there!!! Here’s how to 🛑 your makeup from looking patchy or separating on your nose.

Chances are you may have experienced this before. The first steps are making sure your skincare and makeup are compatible and also make sure you are exfoliating your face consistently as well.

Once you’ve checked the boxes on the above items, here is how you make sure your nose doesn’t look patchy once you apply your makeup.

1. Apply eyeshadow primer all over the nose. Eyeshadow primers have a more tacky texture and can help the makeup adhere to the nose better. I am using @maccosmetics paint pot in painterly
2. Apply a small amount of foundation on the nose with a fluffy brush. Less is more. You don’t want to make your nose more cakey by adding layers. Also, don’t shade too light.
3. Use a translucent powder and press on top of the nose with a sponge. This will insure a smoother finish.
