Two of my all-time favourite - deep-fried pig intestines 炸大腸 and 生腸, which is the oviduct 輸卵管 of pig (served cold). I know they sound horrible but trust me, they taste good.⁣

If you are adventurous, deep-fried pig intestines and oviducts. If not, fishballs 一串魚蛋呀唔該！⁣
