Blue and Gold Mandala Tutorial | Using DecoArt Paints

Check out this full tutorial on how to paint a blue and gold mandala using DecoArt Paints.. Including Americana, Sheen, and Metallic. This gorgeous color combination was picked out by my kiddo! I'm so thrilled with how pretty it turned out. I've used DecoArt before but only here and there. I can't believe how nice the consistency is straight out of the bottle.
