Rockman EXE: Operate Shooting Star - Part 1

2021 is a pretty significant year for Mega Man, as we celebrate two milestones. Battle Network turns 20 this week, and Star Force turns 15 in December. So, I figured it's appropriate to finally cover the game that has both in it. Rockman EXE: Operate Shooting Star is an updated rerelease of Battle Network 1, adding in features introduced in later games like * coded chips, a map on the second screen, and the biggest one: an extra scenario crossing over with Star Force, adding Geo as another playable character, allowing you to swap between both Mega Men as you see fit. Unfortunately, the game was never released outside of Japan due to poor sales. But that all comes later. For now, it's Battle Network 1 as you remember it. As Lan goes through his daily life, when everything takes a turn when the WWW comes into his home and tries to set it on fire.
