This is just an example which would give the least amount of spoilers.

This is a patch that changes the difficulty of some boss battles, making them harder. The changes are mostly in the moveset.

The patch can be applied to a NTSC-U version of the game, my hack it is also compatible.

The Vice hack has its own hardmode which includes this patch and more changes exclusive to it.
