The walk it out is made up of several elements, each of which you'll be learning separately. It incorporates your hips, legs, feet, arms and hands.

Legs and Hips

Try each of these out individually:

Swivel your right leg to the right. While swiveling it back, swivel your left leg to the left.

Lean your right hip slightly to the right. While doing this, bend your left knee. Switch to leaning your left hip to the left while bending your right knee.

Now, while doing the hip lean to the left, pivot your right foot to the right, turning it on its ball. This pivot uses the leg swivel from the beginning of the lesson. Try doing this with the other side, using a right lean and your left foot.

You'll now be doing the pivot with swivel, the hip lean and a walk forward. Throughout this, try to also be doing a natural-feeling bounce.

From a normal position, step forward with your left leg. During this, lean that right hip to the right and swivel the left foot to the left using the left foot pivot. Switch to doing this same maneuver with the right leg, and while doing so, swivel your left foot and leg back into their normal position.

Adding the Arms
Ball up your fists, forearms slightly raised. Extend the right fist to the right when stepping forward to the right, and extend the left fist to the left when stepping forward to the left.

Now, try the move again, keeping your knees bent throughout. This is the full walk it out.

Combination

After you've gotten down the walk it out, try doing this combination: right, left, right, left. Punctuate it by adding a final step: straightening up, arms straight at your sides, fists still balled up.
