We are reaching out on behalf of our Community Network in El Limón, Zone 18 of Guatemala City, an area deeply affected by gang activity, violence, and limited access to prevention education. In this community, many girls become pregnant at a very young age, and youth are often exposed to risks without the tools or information needed to make healthy decisions.

To address this urgent need, we are partnering with local health center staff to bring prevention and health education programs directly into schools. These programs focus on sexual health, early pregnancy prevention, healthy relationships, and personal decision-making—topics that can change the course of a young person’s life.

However, to ensure these programs are welcoming, engaging, and effective, we need your support.

Youth in Guatemala respond best to interactive, joyful learning environments. Simple materials help break down barriers, build trust, and create safe spaces where students feel comfortable participating and learning.

We are seeking donations for:

Balloons (for icebreakers and group activities)
Face paint and body-safe markers
Stickers, wristbands, and small youth-friendly giveaways
Poster boards, flip charts, and markers
Educational materials and printed resources
And more
