In her feature film debut, writer/director Christy Hall explores themes of loneliness and love when a cab driver (Sean Penn) picks up his last fare of the night, a young woman he calls “Girlie” (Dakota Johnson) from JFK airport. After she admits that she is in a relationship with a married man, the two strike up an intimate, revealing conversation where they bond and ultimately share the secrets of their lives as they drive the streets of New York.
