Wii - "Unable to read Disc"

So i was playing Okami one day and my Wii just starts making these weird noises and then it crashes the game. I restart the Wii and put the game back in and now it gives me this message. Do any of you guys know what to do to fix this?

Keep in mind that the back of the disc is clean and I put the disc in the Wii the correct way.

I should've bought Okami for the PS2 -_- I wanted to get it for that, but they ran out and I got the Wii version.
