Floris en chef Peter Goossens zijn deelnemende chefs aan het gastronomische event This is Fourchette' 2023. Floris antwoordt op enkele richtvragen en zo ontdek je wie hij is en wat zijn plannen zijn met Hof van Cleve vanaf 2024 (reservaties vanaf september 2023)
