The story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the theoretical physicist who led the effort to build the first atomic bomb, tested in July 1945 at Trinity site in New Mexico. Featuring interviews with Frank Oppenheimer, Robert R. Wilson, Jane Wilson, Francis Fergusson, many more and, in archive footage Harry S. Truman, Leslie Groves, Joseph McCarthy and J. Robert Oppenheimer, also the A-bomb tests are shown, as well as the aftermaths of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. Narrated by Paul Frees, interviewer - produced and directed by Jon Else. Nominated for an Academy Award as Best Documentary Feature. His famous quote - 1:27:00.
