Fizzy Peach Ginger Lemon Ice Tea / Iced Tea Recipe - Yo Yo Recipes

INGREDIENTS

Peach Chopped - 2 cup
Lemon Juice - 3-4 tblsp
Mint Leaves - 4-5
Ginger - 1/2 pcs
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Tea Leaves - 2 tsp
Soda Water - 1 bottle

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take a pan turn on the flame and add peach, sugar and about
1/2 cup water and cook for about 5-7 min. on medium flame till
peaches cooked well.

2. Now add ginger and mint leaves into the peach mixture and
cook for another 1-2 min.and then turn off the flame and let it
cool down.

3. Take a another pan and add about 1/2 cup water and tea leaves
and bring it to boil and then turn off the flame. Strain it from
strainer and let it cool down and add lemon juice to it.

4. Blend the peach mixture and strain it from strainer in a bowl.

5. Take a glass/jar add about 3-4 tblsp peach puree and then add
about 4-5 tblsp tea mixture. Top with soda water and some ice
cubes.

6. your fizzy peach ginger lemon ice tea is ready to serve. Garnish
with mint sprig.
