Reminiscence by Her Highness Maharani Uttara Devi Saheeba of Kotah:

An International Webinar entitled "The Global Heritage Movement and Cooch Behar" was organized by the Cooch Behar Archive from 18th-20th of June, 2021. The Webinar had a 'Reminiscence' session which rendered it unique in one way. On the first day the Reminiscence session was illuminated by Her Highness Maharani Uttara Devi Saheeba of Kotah, the Princes of Cooch Behar.

In the session, the Maharani Saheeba presented us with her wonderful recollection of Cooch Behar Palace and her memories of the then Cooch Behar. The era depicted in her reminiscence is a treasure of time and history.

It is of note that, since December, 2014 the Maharani Saheeba has chaired personally as one of the most distinguished Advisors of Cooch Behar Archive and the betterment of Cooch Behar has always been her serious concern.

We are very delighted to announce that besides India, seven countries namely — Bangladesh, Australia, United Kingdom, Italy, Monaco, Bulgaria and United States of America participated in our International Webinar. Three hundred and twenty four (324) participants registered for the Webinar. The Webinar sessions were also Broadcasted on our facebook page.
