Here is the footage from my latest trip to Toton Traction Depot in Nottinghamshire, UK. The last time I went there was in 2011, nearly 5 years ago. So I thought it would be nice to have another visit as this is another video from my recent railway videos to commemorate the 8 years that I have been on YouTube. As my channel started with a few videos of trains and model railways. So here we are at Toton Traction Depot in 2016.

A few things have changed as this time. There is some Class 60's in the DB Schenker livery and also I got a glance at a Colas Rail Class 60 in the "North" compound as well. Its an interesting trip none the less. But apart from that, there is the usual hoard of retired/reserved Class 60 locomotives with many looking in a very sorry state of affairs. Apart from that, there was a few Class 66's kicking around the depot with some movements on video just for fun. The weather was nice and hot this time although the warm wind tried to defeat the sound, but unsuccessful this time around as I put my fingers on the mic so that I could be heard :). Apologies for sounding a bit wheezey when I was narrating in some parts of the video as my asthma and hayfever wasn't playing ball. But as I say, perseverence and determination gets results and I hope that you may enjoy the footage.
