This is the Stage 4 theme from Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character

A pretty dramatic stage. The background and the graphics for this stage were absolutely amazing, I think I jumped out of my seat when the clouds flashed and the magic rings began circling. It was definitely a beautiful thing to look at.
