I had been to Comilla for a day trip and here I'm with all the details.
It takes only 1.5 to 2 hours to reach there! So, if you start early in the morning, you can easily visit maximum places in comilla. So here is the details of my comilla trip:

Dhaka to comilla : Royal Coach AC Bus ( 250 tk per person)
Comilla Courtbari to Shalbon Bihar Reserve CNG : 140 tk (35tk per person)
Entry ticket for Nobo Shalbon Bihar : 20tk per person
Entry ticket for Shalbon Bihar: 20tk per person
Shalbon bihar to Comilla university: 10tk per person (Auto Rickshaw)
Comilla university to Bard: 20 tk per person ( Auto Rickshaw)
Bard to Courtbari: 15tk per person ( Auto Rickshaw)
Courtbari to Cantonment : 20tk Per person (microbus)
Cantoment to maynamati war cemetery: 30tk ( rickshaw)
Asia Transport Non AC Bus ( Comilla to Dhaka) : 250tk
lunch at Monihar hotel near Cantonment Comilla ( Rice, Lentil, Chicken) : 150tk
