How to Assemble an Easy Flower | Sugar Flowers

After my blossoms have dried for twenty four hours I'm ready to assemble them. But first I want to create the center. I've taken a tiny piece of gum paste and just rolled it into a ball. In order to give it a little bit of extra sparkle I'm going to brush some edible glue all over it and roll it around in a little bit of sugar. This is just going to give it a little bit of shine. I'll take that out and just push it onto the side. I'm ready to push my blossoms together and I had touched them using a little bit of royal icing in a pastry bag. Starting with my biggest blossom I squirt just a little tiny bit of royal icing in there and I can take my middle sized blossom and place it inside. I do want to make sure that I turn them. I like to have the petals coming out in between petals from the previous layer, so alternating the orientation of the blossoms as I go. My last layer comes in. Same thing. I'm just going to make sure it's just a little bit offset and then I can add a tiny bit more royal icing, and place the center in. And this is a creation of my easy sugar flower.
