This Throwback Thursday highlights a powerful moment from my time as Keynote Speaker at Building 21 High School.

From partnering with school leadership, to engaging staff, to spending intentional time with students after the keynote, this work goes beyond inspiration. It is rooted in a mindset framework I developed to support student resilience, emotional well-being, and long-term success.

My approach to school engagement is not a one-time motivational talk. It is a structured, student-centered experience that integrates mindset and mental health as pathways to resilience, confidence, and academic growth.
Tomorrow, I continue this work through a 90-minute workshop focused on mindset and mental health, designed to equip students with practical tools they can use well beyond the classroom.
